How do I log into CareWorkYou can login to your CareWork account by clicking the sign in button located on the far right of the menu above.

How do I change my password?You can change your password by logging into your account and selecting the profile icon containing your initials in the top right of the menu bar. Then, select "change password" to change the password for your account.

How do I reset my password?You can reset your password at https://login.mycarework.com/index.cfm?pwReset. Or simply click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen. Here, you will be prompted to enter your "user id" which is the email address your account was set up with. If you cannot remember your login email, or are still having issues logging in, contact CareWork support by emailing support@mycarework.com.

NoteTo create or modify CareWork users you must be an account admin. If you are not an account admin, please contact your account admin for help. If you are usure of who your account admin is, you can contact support by emailing support@mycarework.com and an agent will retrieve this information for you.

How do I add a new user?1. Login to your CareWork account. 2. Navigate to the User Management icon (person & cog wheel) in the menu bar. 3. Select the Manage Users report. 4. Select the Create User button in the top left of the report.

How do I modify an existing user?1. Login to your CareWork account. 2. Navigate to the User Management icon (person & cog wheel) in the menu bar. 3. Select the Manage Users report. 4. Use the search bar embedded in this report to find the user you wish to modify. a. A search can be completed by name or email. 5. Select the vertical ellipse for that user. 6. Select Edit profile.

Why do I see zeros for my targets?If you have targets in CareWork that are displayed as zeros, this is most likely because your account admin has not configured them. If you need to configure your targets, please contact CareWork support by emailing support@mycarework.com.

Why is my total census different than what I see in my source system?1. Secondary residents - In CareWork, we count census by room for senior living facilities. There may be instances where there are two residents in one room giving a census of 1 in CareWork. Where in your source system, you may have a census of 2. 2. Bed Holds / Leave - Your system admin may choose to configure a bed hold / leave status for certain payers. In this case, you may have a resident that is on bed hold or leave status that is not shown in the CareWork total census but is shown in your source system’s total census.

Why are there missing names in my labor report hyperlinks?1. Agency workers - The data with missing names may belong to agency workers who are not assigned employee ID’s in your source system. 2. Source system issue – There is no employee name associated with the employee ID in your source system. This may indicate that the employee is properly set up in the source system.

Why can’t I view hyperlink data?If you are having trouble viewing hyperlinks, check to see if you have pop-ups enabled in your browser. If not, try enabling pop-ups and try the hyperlink again. For information on how to enable pop-ups, download the “Learn how to enable hyperlink pop-ups and report exports in CareWork” document. If you are still not able to view hyperlinks, contact support by emailing support@mycarework.com.

Why am I unable to export using the Excel/PDF functions?If you are having trouble exporting from CareWork, check to see if you have pop-ups enabled in your browser. If not, try enabling pop-ups and try exporting them again. For information on how to enable pop-ups, download the “Learn how to enable hyperlink pop-ups and report exports in CareWork” document. If you are still not able to export, contact support by emailing support@mycarework.com.

Customer Account Code a. Located within the help icon menu option in your CareWork environment. 2. Which targets you want to update Example: “[Cust Acct Code] - Census Target Updates” A support agent will send you back the excel target template for you to fill out and return for upload. If you need assistance filling out the template, simply ask to set up a meeting and an agent will send you a Zoom meeting invitation.
